TMP takes top place on £50 million plus recruitment marketing framework


TMP has been awarded the top-ranked supplier status on the NERARS framework.

The NERARS (National Education Recruitment Advertising & Resourcing Services) framework is a popular recruitment advertising and resourcing framework, used widely by both Further and Higher Education Institutions as well as Research Councils, not-for-profit organisations and all members of HE and FE Purchasing Consortia.

The framework, which is reviewed every 4 years, includes Media Buying and Negotiation, Creative Services, Candidate Generation, Social Media and Employer Branding.  

In the words of the evaluation panel, TMP “provided a really strong submission across all questions” and in particularly highlighted their value for money, robust service levels along with many examples of best practice.

Commenting on the win, TMP’s Managing Director, Robert Peasnell said “We’ve delivered some great UK & global employer branding, insight and recruitment marketing work for Universities over the past few years. As a result, we’re delighted with this decision as it recognises our commitment to the sector and our award-winning work”
