The final Ri Fiver: a first for CA3

Two of the brightest newcomers on the recruitment communications scene fought it out for the Ri Fiver for November/December 2012.

First there was a brilliant series of posters for Mars from Tonic.  Jurors commented on the memorability of the story-telling approach, and were struck by the power of the branding and the quality of the copy.

The winner, however, is the amazing mobile app for Deutsche Bank, from CA3, by a narrow but clear majority.  One juror felt this work was in a different league.  Another had it as the winner by a whisker.

Our congratulations go to Deutsche Bank and agency CA3, who win the final Ri Fiver of 2012. Commiserations to Mars and Tonic.  And thanks to all who entered.

The Ri Fiver competition is now closed.  The Ri Fiver Gallery will remain for the time being as a reminder of creativity in the noughties.

Well done to CA3. Nice App. We voted for that. Thanks to Bob and the RiFiver team for a hotly contested and respected awards every month. It's great to see the quality of work over the months and years, and how the industry has moved on. Personally, I'm gutted it won't be there in the future. We wanted to win one or two of these. In fact. Save the Ri Fiver!

Thanks Mark. Thought you'd just pip us to be honest. Lovely CGI work on the Mars campaign. Agree with you wholeheartedly regards the RiFiver. Big shame to see it go. When you look back through the gallery, there's some amazing work on display there.
