Tender for creative production and media services for university advertising.

Lot 1 Media and Planning:

Media campaign planning, media opportunity consultation and evaluation, media negotiation and buying, and post campaign RoI and impact evaluation.

Lot 2 Creative and Production Services:

The development and production of brand and marketing materials, creative concepts, design, artwork, finished materials, testing and consultation.

Please Note: At award a Reserve Supplier will be evaluated and awarded for each Lot as part of the evaluation. A reserve supplier will be approached in the event of failure to reach contractual agreement with successful supplier at award, or termination during contract term. The length of contract with reserve supplier will be for the remaining term of the contract.

Estimated total value: £12,000,000.00 excluding VAT (Lot 1: £9,000,000.00 and Lot 2: £3,000,000.00)
