Tech Talent Charter set to launch to deliver diversity

The Tech Talent Charter, devised by Monster and supported by a range of organisations, is to officially launch next week, aimed at improving diversity across the tech workforce.

The charter brings together industries and founding organisations committed to addressing gender imbalance in technology roles, and many of these employers will be represented at the official launch event.

The launch will feature work stream heads from organisations including Monster, Code First Girls, Stemettes, Apps for Good, Reed Business Information, Michael Page and JLR People Solutions, who will talk attendees through some of the work that has been carried out so far, as well as plans for the future.

People who attend the launch will also be able to find out how they can get involved with the charter’s next steps and help to deliver diversity to the tech workforce.
