Talent Works moving to new Northampton office

Talent Works moving to new Northampton office

Established in 2009, Talent Works helps employers identify, approach and recruit the right talent. They provide the framework for integrated sourcing strategies, meaningful career communications and wider brand engagement. With offices in Northampton, Manchester and Boston, it is a fast-moving business with strong values and a supportive culture. When they outgrew their central Northampton base, Talent Works sought a new office that reflected their commitment, ambition and drive.

Neil Purcell, Chief Executive of Talent Works said, “It is important that we are seen to practice what we preach, and we need a workplace that attracts the talent we need to keep us moving in the direction we want. That’s one of the reasons why we chose a light New York loft style dynamism for this space, with a real emphasis on collaboration.”

Talent Works employs 75 people across their three offices and has ambitions to open new sites. The new space at Century House is going to accommodate around 50 people across two floors. The open-plan design incorporates a bar, library and video wall to showcase work. Everything is wireless and there are several flexible and collaborative working areas for when people want a change from their usual set-up, throughout the 8,000 sq. ft design.

Neil Purcell added, “We are in our tenth year and planning ahead. We want to remain different and be a business that sets the pace for our sector and, maybe, for the regions we work. I doubt there is anywhere quite like this in Northampton and it is great to bring some of the influence of the North American workspace we know from Boston, and clients in New York, to the East Midlands."

The completion date for the move is 7th September 2018.
