SMRS launch new youth market data insight tool

 

Data is everywhere. However, it’s only useful if it’s fit for purpose. In a bid to present employers with the kind of meaningful data that allows them to tap into the kind of fresh talent they actually need, SMRS has come up with a natty little tool to help. Enter… YWare. They position it as an advanced insight tool that can answer questions such as ‘Where are your future grads and apprentices?’ ‘Where are the studying?’ ‘And where do you need to be, to engage with them?’

Now, no-one’s suggesting that any of this data is new, or ground-breaking. But what they are suggesting is that they can save employers time (and money), by creating a tailored map that allows them to be infinitely more targeted in their marketing.
