Ri5's holding company has ceased trading

Recruitment Intelligence Services Ltd, the company that runs the Ri5 website, has ceased trading with immediate effect.

Since the turn of the millennium, we have followed the rocky road of recruitment communications, aiming to inform, guide and even amuse its participants. Many fine and talented people have helped along the way: clients, contributors, supporters, and friends have all played important parts in sustaining the Ri5 team. Despite determined effort, it has been impossible to find a viable way forward and, with reluctance and sadness, we have to call it a day.

Thanks to all. We wish it could have gone on longer.

So sorry too hear this news. Ri5 has been there as the go to source of industry knowledge and insights for as long as I can remember. Thank you for keeping the industry connected for many years. And wishing each of you all the very best for the future.

Such surprising and sad news and a decision I am sure which would have been very difficult to make. For so long you have been the must-read for all things recruitment marketing related and will be sorely missed. As everyone else is saying on here, it is an extremely sad day for the industry, but more so for those at Ri5 who have put their heart and soul into the site. Wishing you all the very best in whatever it is you choose to do next.

Very sad news. Since I departed the agency side of things 18 years ago this year and started working from home Ri5 was my way of keeping a handle on what was going on within the industry or when the next RAGS was. Best wishes for the future to all of you.

Thanks to everyone who has worked at Ri5 over the years and made it a key hub for the industry for so long. Special thanks from me to ex-Ri5ers Bob Anthony and Peter Griggs who helped me greatly at the start of my career.

Been out of the industry a long time and ri5 was a weekly read to keep up with old friends. Kevin, am proud to have been one of the first media advertisers when you first started out and I was at The FT. A sad day and the end of an era - I wish you all well.

Sad news, I've been away a bit recently and wondered on return what had happened to the weekly newsletters? Although I am another who has been out of the industry for some time now was always interested in developments in recruitment comms and these were always a good source of info, will be sadly missed Good luck to all of the team in future ventures/careers.
