ZipRecruiter expanded into the UK in 2016, Kasia has joined from Monster and Ri5 met with Kasia to find out more.

Tell us a little bit about you.

I’m originally from Poland, however, I’ve spent most of my adult life in the UK, enjoying the great British weather.

Tell us about your career and how you ended up at ZipRecruiter.

I’m driven by being part of a highly successful team. I came to London with the dream of doing something amazing; which turned out to be recruitment. The UK recruitment industry is challenging, complex, and constantly evolving which I really enjoy. After 11 great years at Monster it was time for me to move on and I had heard a lot of great things about ZipRecruiter.

Where do you see the recruitment industry going?

Our entire industry has relied on some form of job search for decades. We don’t expect AI to replace humans in the recruitment process, instead AI will actually enhance recruiter efforts, making them more efficient at their jobs. How can an employer start working with ZipRecruiter?

We operate a performance-based model to find candidates for employers’ jobs. Our flexible pricing lets employers tailor campaigns to their top-priority KPIs, whether that’s CPC or CPA. Employers provide us with a brief outlining their hiring objectives, and we provide a budget recommendation and an initial, recommended CPC. Once a budget is agreed upon, we use our suite of flexible products to find qualified candidates for employers’ jobs and prompt them to apply.
