RateMyPlacement's new innovative feature

RateMyPlacement has launched an innovative new feature that they believe will revolutionise how employers build talent pools in real time and provide a personalised experience for both students and employers.

An integration between RateMyPlacement and their software solution, RMP Connect, the feature allows students to give permission for their data to be passed directly to companies they are interested in working with.

When a student opts in, their information is then included in a given employer’s RMP Connect Talent Pool.

The functionality then allows employers to target those students directly based upon preferences and characteristics, and to send students targeted, personalised content directly to their inbox.

Campaigns can also then be reviewed as employers can use RMP Connect’s reporting suite to track how many of these students, and all of the students in their talent pool, apply and are subsequently hired.

The feature is a response to Generation Z’s demand for a personalised, persistent and permission-based approach and also offers students the benefits of RMP that include shortlisting jobs, ‘favouriting’ reviews and following companies.

The service also has the added benefit of allowing students to manage online applications more efficiently and effectively.

RMP Enterprise’s Co-founder, Ali Lindsay comments: “Supporting students in their job search is at the heart of everything we do at RMP. This new feature will help employers target and engage with the most informed and interested students, resulting in better quality applications. It’ll also create a more personalised, preference-based experience for students using RateMyPlacement to search for jobs.”
