Personnel Today Awards 2018 winners announced

The winners of the 2018 Personnel Today Awards were announced last night at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel, with University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust taking home the evening’s big prize, the Overall Winner Award.

The Trust had previously won the Employee Engagement, at an evening hosted by comedian Simon Evans and TV presenter Alex Jones.

William Hill took home two awards: HR Team of the Year, and the individual award for HR Director of the Year which was won by Louise Benford.

A total of 22 awards were handed out on the night, covering a range of HR disciplines and culminating in the Overall Winner being chosen from the individual category winners.

Rob Moss, Personnel Today’s editor, said: “Tonight’s winners prove that – despite all the current uncertainty around Brexit – HR teams can really deliver value for their organisations and bring about lasting change.
