Penna announces new hires to its Executive Recruitment business

With a strong local government interim and search business, Penna has announced that it sees transferable skills across the public and private sector as key to their clients’ talent acquisition success. With this in mind, Penna’s new hires include: Jo Cumper as Digital and ICT Lead; Fiyin Fayeye in HR, and Karl Sanderson and Serena Chanmugam in Housing.

Julie Towers, MD said “the demand for key talent is increasing – across the range of corporate services, in particular digital, HR, OD, finance, ICT and transformation. Demand outstrips supply so we believe it is essential that our public sector clients are open and attractive to transferable skills from other parts of the public and the private sector.

“We are investing in lead specialists that can add their networks to ours to offer our clients diversity of candidate in its broadest sense. Job descriptions, attraction strategies, selection approaches and reward all need addressing to deliver this. We’re determined to give our clients the support needed to be successful in increasing their talent choices. Our specialist finance, HR and now digital teams are enabling clients to look beyond the usual suspects.”
