Penna and Adecco acquire Stafford Long

Penna and Adecco announce the acquisition of Stafford Long - an award winning creative communications business that specialises in employer branding, events and marketing to graduates and experienced hires.

Stafford Long was established in 1986 by Paul Stafford and Barbara Kelly.  Their clients include Barclays, Hogan Lovells, DNV GL Energy, Newton Europe, Bank of England and Murphy Group.

The acquisition, which was completed in July 2018, will further strengthen Penna’s position as a leading attraction and communication business in the UK and improve its reach into the commercial sector. Both businesses will operate independently and retain their separate brands.

Julie Towers, MD, and Keith Pilling, COO at Penna, said “we are looking forward to working with such a strong and talented team, and are confident our partnership will further strengthen our offer to the market”.
