MyJobMatcher unveils improved site

MyJobMatcher unveils improved site has relaunched its jobseeker website with a number of improvements as the business looks to launch into the US in 2015.

Part of Opinio Group, enables jobseekers to be matched to available jobs based on the individual skills and experience in their CV.

The site, which is now responsive across smartphone and tablet platforms, also includes new branding, a bespoke matching system, advanced keyword filters, greater accuracy for locations and an entirely new user interface to improve jobseeker experience.

Chris Smith, CEO, said: “ has experienced immense growth and popularity in its first 18 months. It now has over 1.5 million people registering, 6.5 million unique users and over 800,000 jobs advertised in at any one point. So it's important that we not only deliver a better standard of job matching, but do so on a much larger scale as we continue to expand. The new site can now match users to jobs over 10 times more quickly than previously.

“Our overall aim is for to be recognised as the world's leading career brand through the creation of great technology that works. In future, will be much more agile as new features can be simply 'bolted on', making the site even more user-focused.”

Arran Stewart, CTO at, added: “One of our greatest challenges was allowing our users to specify when they wanted a change in career without constantly receiving job notifications about roles that were suitable to their previous work life.  The new system introduces an intelligent keyword section that provides priority to keywords that a user enters, allowing more job options to reach their inbox.”
