Milkround introduces new features to improve both the jobseeker and employer experience


Milkround have recently announced a number of developments to boost school leaver and graduate recruitment activity across their site. New features include a data-led application process for all jobs to increase the quality and relevancy of applications delivered to potential employers.

And by improving the knowledge of each jobseeker’s application behaviour, Milkround can target through both the candidate’s profile data and their onsite behaviour allowing jobseekers to benefit from onsite job recommendations, regular, personalised job emails and instant job match notifications.

On top of that they’ve also launched improved job search technology, which uses artificial intelligence to generate similar and relevant job opportunities into their search results. This synonym-led approach optimises the chances of ensuring the right jobs are displayed to the best candidates.

Milkround’s Head of Sales, Sarah-Jane McQueen said: ‘We are continually developing our product to ensure our clients gain the most from their campaigns.
