CV-Library received the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ accolade at the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Awards in April.  The Birmingham regional office was set up nearly two years ago, and this award recognises the company’s unique and successful approach to customer service.

At the recent annual PPMA conference, Jobsgopublic also launched their multi-generational research – carried out in partnership with the PPMA. The research analysed the similarities and differences of two significantly contrasting age groups. Find out more here.

As part of their ongoing partnership with the Inhouse Recruitment Network, Jobsgopublic have been hosting a range of breakfast networking events. Aiming to tackle some of the key hot topics impacting public sector recruitment. The latest event ‘New Recruitment Trends in the Public Sector’ was another huge success – find out more here.

Having experienced the events first hands as assessors, Jobsgopublic have recently emerged as sponsors for LA Challenges in different regions. The events aim to put teams of public sector professionals to the test with role plays and challenges. The recent event in Winchester saw Brighton and Hove City Council emerge as winners.

RMP Enterprise

The RMP Enterprise team are busy working on their latest event, the RateMyApprenticeship Awards 2018. This unique event brings together all stakeholders in the industry, recognising the outstanding achievements of apprentices, employers and careers advisors in apprenticeships across the UK.

New for 2018, they are thrilled to announce five new Awards; four to celebrate the amazing efforts of apprentices and one to recognise the incredible work that careers advisors and teachers do in schools to promote apprenticeships.

Following the rebrand of Gorkana Jobs they’ve launched a European specific site:


They’ve had a busy few months at Fonemedia. Back in March, their team raised over £2000 for charity through their Giving Back programme. In April, the company gave each team member an additional days’ holiday which was used for volunteering in the local community. The team has been helping in local kitchens, serving meals to the homeless, working in food banks and also spending time visiting the elderly in local care homes. 

On a business footing, they are experiencing a sustained period of growth in the mobile recruitment sector which gives added weight to the findings from their survey from April which looked at how job seekers use different channels to search out opportunities and engage with employer brands. The report will be published on their website in the next couple of weeks.

And finally, on the 8th August, Fonemedia will be celebrating its 10th birthday. There will be a big party to celebrate and invites will be going out soon.
