In partnership with APPII, the “world’s first blockchain career verification platform”, Technojobs' latest initiative will enable candidates to create Intelligent Profiles.

These record details of professional achievement or educational certification on the distributed ledger, where they can be verified and then permanently recorded. Biometric scanning is also used to verify individuals.

Monster

Monster has recently added to their product portfolio with the Monster Job Search App, helping candidates search and connect with opportunities on the go, and revolutionising the ability to apply for jobs from mobile phones.

Developed in conjunction with its mobile division, Jobr, Monster’s smartphone app uses the familiar swipe function found in popular dating apps.

Gumtree

Gumtree recently launched its new jobs portal, ‘Jobs from Gumtree’.

Building on the previous Gumtree jobs category, the new site offers modern workers more sophisticated job search functionality.

Gumtree’s new features and search functionality help refine and optimise the process resulting in far more relevant jobs matches. The Madgex-built jobs board means applicants can search intuitively for positions by language and by specific days they prefer to work, as well as the ability to select a daily email alert option.

Jobs for Gumtree will target sectors including hospitality and catering, construction, driving and logistics, health & social care and sales – categories that traditionally consist largely of gig economy workers.
