Luminate event: Diversity and recruitment

 

Luminate is a new online platform providing users with an indispensable labour market information (LMI) resource, along with views and insights from industry experts.

To mark the launch, an afternoon seminar covering diversity and how to use LMI for recruitment, will take place on 22nd March in London.

Keynote speaker, Femi Bola MBE, FRSA, will be discussing the challenges of diversity in recruitment and the workplace.  Femi is an independent development consultant who previously spent eight years as Director of Employability at the University of East London. In 2012 Femi was awarded an MBE for services to diversity.

Alongside the keynote speaker, there will be a panel discussion comprising:

Femi Bola MBE
Stephen Isherwood, Chief Executive of ISE
Craig Smith, Talent Development Manager of Babcock
Manjoor Azizul, Creative Director of Pink Squid
Chloe de Boer, Projects and Delivery Manager - Employability Service of London South Bank University.

The panel will share their expertise and discuss how LMI can be applied in a business and recruitment context.
