Havas People partners with BP

 

Havas People has announced their appointment by BP to support their global recruitment marketing, from February 2018.  The partnership will involve developing a compelling employer brand, advising on emerging trends and sourcing strategies.

BP’s modernisation programme puts much emphasis on the employee experience and employee-centric technology – both areas of focus and growth for Havas People.

BP and Havas People’s global footprints also mirror one another - BP operates in 70 countries globally and has key Talent Attraction hubs in the UK, US, and across Asia which means close working relationships are being built at local levels across the two businesses.

Nick Brian, Managing Director of Havas People, reiterates the synergies in thinking: “We are terrifically proud to be partnering with a global icon like BP at such a crucial time in their and our growth.  The joint challenges we face in the broader context of energy on a universal scale will I’m sure bring out the very best in our teams as they work together.  Two global leaders tackling one of the biggest human challenges – exciting times for sure”.

Strategic projects are already underway, including global employer brand development and activation; graduate campaigns for the US, UK and Singapore; global social strategy; and implementing robust global analytics.
