Guardian Jobs partners with Sonru to offer video interviews

Guardian Jobs has announced it is teaming up with video interviewing service Sonru to offer recruiters the chance to save time, costs and effort during their first-interview stage.

Sonru’s video interviewing platform streamlines the first-interview stage takes the guesswork out of candidate screening. It allows recruiters to screen multiple candidates with a few clicks, share recorded interviews internally and fast-track the best candidates.

Meanwhile, candidates can interview via computers or mobile devices, and the interview process can be branded for recruiters.

Candidates can also be interviewed internationally, using more than 15 different languages.

Recruiters who quote ‘the Guardian’ will receive two months extra free if they sign up for a twelve month subscription, or one month extra free if they sign up for a three month pilot.
