Graduate Promotions becomes part of Havas People

After 15 years in business as an independent agency serving the world’s leading early talent employers, Graduate Promotions is now becoming part of Havas People to complete a unique and integrated offer to the early career market.

Graduate Promotions is a multiple award winning employer marketing agency with a heritage of bringing brands to life to students on campus. Innovative and creative to its core, Graduate Promotions has a deep understanding of the university landscape, established connections at the institutions and a renowned brand ambassador network. This extends beyond the UK and into Europe, Asia and North America.

Hugh Young, previously Managing Director at Graduate Promotions, will continue to support the business and its clients in an advisory capacity.  He commented: “This is an exciting new phase for Graduate Promotions and serves as amazing recognition of what we and our clients have achieved together over the years.  The benefit to our clients will be significant – they will receive the same high-quality thinking, expertise and service, now provided in the context of the breadth of capability of one of the world’s largest advertising and communications groups.”

Havas People will operate Graduate Promotions as a separate brand to market, but will be aligning it closely with its other services in early talent marketing, applicant tracking (Engage ATS), integrated resourcing, employer branding and education marketing. In its new home, Graduate Promotions will be led by Danni Brace, who will oversee all of Havas People’s early talent recruitment services.

Rupert Grose, CEO at Havas People, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Graduate Promotions. Having collaborated over the years, we both saw huge benefits to clients in bringing our businesses together. Our focus is on the candidate experience, and, whilst digital channels continue to be central to this, you can’t ignore the impact human interactions have and Graduate Promotions brings us phenomenal capabilities in this and other areas. We see this as a fantastic opportunity to build a unique early talent recruitment offering to leading employers, both here in the UK and across the globe.”

Sounds like a good deal for both parties - and the clients, of course. Congratulations all round.
