CV-Library & Jobserve top job board performers

WaveTrackR, a media research tool developed by Wave, collects data from job posts, applications and hires, and tracks where they have come from.  Using this data Wave produce a monthly Recruitment Trends report which reports on job board performance.

The aim of the product is to provide independent and impartial data to recruiters, candidates and job boards regarding successful hires.

In May, Jobserve and CV-Library had the highest average application per job posted via WaveTrackR. The system tracks applications via most major job boards, Indeed will be added in the next month or so, we’re told.

The data for May is shown in the graphs here and WaveTrackR’s June’s data will be available soon.

Applications per posting is interesting, but how about hires per posting? Is that data available?

Shock horror. Jobserve outperforms the generic market for IT hires!!

I'm with Adam. Applications are one thing, but hires is what it's all about. I imagine Indeed will sail to the top of the list once they are added.
