CIPD People Management Awards open for entries


The 2017 CIPD People Management Awards are in their 21st year and are now open for entries across all 19 categories. There is a new award for 2017, Best international HR initiative, to honour the best work across geographical boundaries.

The full list of categories are:

  • Best apprenticeship scheme
  • Best change management initiative
  • Best coaching and mentoring initiative
  • Best digital initiative in HR/L&D
  • Best diversity and inclusion initiative
  • Best employee engagement initiative
  • Best employer-supported volunteering programme
  • Best health and well-being initiative
  • Best HR/L&D consultancy
  • Best HR/L&D supplier
  • Best international HR initiative - NEW FOR 2017!
  • Best L&D initiative - private sector
  • Best L&D initiative - public/third sector
  • Best recruitment and talent management initiative
  • Best reward initiative
  • Best SME people management initiative
  • Best HR/L&D team of the year
  • Michael Kelly outstanding student award - advanced level
  • Michael Kelly outstanding student award - intermediate and foundation level 

The deadline for entries is Thursday 20 April, and early bird entry is Thursday 13 April. Winners will be announced at Grosvenor House, London on 26 September.
