Blackbridge partners with Babcock International & Barchester Healthcare

 

Blackbridge Communications recently announced two new considerable client wins, adding Babcock International Group and Barchester Healthcare to a roster which also includes BNP Paribas, KPMG, Lloyd’s of London and Clifford Chance.

Blackbridge acquired Babcock after an eight-agency, rigorous pitch process and are confident they can rise to the creative challenge of further enhancing the recruitment brand in the early years market.

Over the next 3 years, the Blackbridge team will devise and deliver an attraction strategy that aims to fill over 600 graduate roles for Babcock across the UK. That includes the aims of increasing female participation and attracting specialist STEM talent in key locations.

Blackbridge are also excited about rising to the challenges presented by recruiting in the social care sector on behalf of Barchester healthcare.

In the last 7 years, there has been an increase of 9% in the number of care home nursing roles, suggesting competition for talent is set to get even tougher. To add to the challenge, on any one day there are 90,000 vacancies for social care jobs in England alone.

Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK’s largest care home and independent hospital providers and is partnering with Blackbridge to carry out the proposition research, creative development, media planning and social community management essential to meeting its recruitment and retention needs and retaining its status as an award-winning care provider.
