Applying for jobs

There has been a flurry of publicity recently concerning employers’ lack of faith in the accuracy and honesty of CVs.  The following letter to the editor of The Daily Telegraph (Monday, 16th September) hits back:

SIR – With reference to your article, “Most CVs are not worth the paper they are printed on, say bosses” (report September 12), surely they are more accurate than most job advertisements and descriptions.
