Amberjack: Future Talent Insights Launch

On Tuesday 2nd April and Tuesday 30th April, Amberjack are hosting events for the launch of their Future Talent Insights Report 2019.

The Future Talent Insights Research provides strategic analysis of the recruitment landscape. Now in its seventh year the Report is the only research that is based on actual data from leading employers' recruitment systems - totalling almost half a million candidate applications. The results are built on valid, untainted and objective primary data for recruiters, HR and talent professionals to understand and optimise recruitment strategies.

These exclusive events will update research last conducted two years ago.   The launch event will cover:

  • Attraction strategy - top media sources, top universities overall and by sector
  • Application to hire ratios - overall and by role function
  • Diversity - Gender, Disability and Ethnicity trends and recommendations
  • Insight and analysis of the most effective assessment tools by recruitment stage
  • Steps to minimise adverse impact
  • Early access to the new Insights Report featuring all the trends and analysis

Over the years Amberjack’s research has been foremost in tracking the increase in automation. Recent research by the 5% Club and Schneider Electric has shown that young people prefer a high level of the human 'touch' when applying for jobs. Amberjack have championed this approach for many years and will be talking about it again at the launch sessions – watch 'Automating like a human: always engaged in the digital age' to find out more.
