2019 Recruitment Marketing Awards now open for entries


The 2019 Recruitment Marketing Awards (RMAs) are now open for entries, ahead of this year’s awards ceremony which takes place in October.

Now in their 39th year, the RMAs recognise exceptional creativity, flair and professionalism in recruitment marketing and talent management. A total of 28 awards, plus the “Grand Prix” overall winner, will be handed out this year.

Categories for 2019 include:

  • Internal Communications
  • Social Media
  • Print collateral (brochure, poster, flyer etc)
  • Copywriting (in print, online or mobile)
  • Campaign of the Year
  • Graduate Initiative
  • Outdoor Campaign
  • Digital Solution
  • Recruitment Website (below £50,000)
  • Audio (radio, podcasts etc)
  • Content Marketing 
  • Experiential
  • Video (£5,000 or under)
  • Video (£5,001 - £15,000)
  • Video (£15,001+)
  • Employer Brand
  • Recruitment Effectiveness
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiative
  • Apprenticeship Initiative
  • In-House Recruitment Marketing Team
  • Copywriter of the year
  • HR professional of the year
  • Creative Professional of the Year 
  • Technology Innovation
  • Account Management Professional of the Year
  • Agency of the Year

The deadline for entries is 5th June.

This year’s winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at The Brewery on Wednesday 30th October.
