2016 AGR Awards winners announced

 

The winners of the 2016 Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) Awards were announced last night, at an awards ceremony hosted by comedian Ed Byrne as part of the AGR’s annual Student Recruitment Conference.

The evening’s big winner was Teach First, which took home the Best of the Best Award having previously won the awards for Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, and Work Experience Programme.

Teach First was singled out for praise due to achieving levels most companies aspire to reach, and for showcasing a strong impact in a short amount of time.

The AGR Awards celebrate best practice in developing campaigns and initiatives that attract high-quality students. More than 20 employers, universities and industry suppliers were shortlisted.

Also on the night, AIA Worldwide took home the Outstanding Supplier Award for its work with Thales.
