We’re looking for like-minded people to join our Resourcing Services team which sits at the centre of our operation and manages volume and entry-level recruitment campaigns for our clients here in the UK as well as overseas. We have some big names on our books and no two days are the same when you’re working with companies like Unilever, GSK, Mars, Morrisons, Centrica and Network Rail.

We work as an extension to our clients’ in-house emerging talent teams, providing an exceptional service at every stage of the process, from attraction to application, assessment delivery, candidate engagement and management. Our Client Partners manage our contracted campaigns, owning the client relationship and ultimate delivery. You’ll establish and own client relationships, with responsilbiliy for all aspects of project management and contract/commercial fulfilment. You’ll be working with a skilled and commited team of Candidate Management, Engagement Specialists and experienced Assessors to ensure an outstanding delivery to our clients and their candidates.

You’ll understand the dynamics of client relationship management and the importance of superior service delivery. It would help if you’ve already had experience of managing and delivering recruitment and selection projects (or similar), ideally within a high-volume environment/future talent space. You’ll need to be an exceptional project manager, proud of your client delivery and team management skills. You’re highly self-motivated and comfortable taking control of a situation. You’ll be able to identify areas of concern and identify solutions to ensure issues are resolved. You’ll have good analytical skills and be able to use technology to delivery reports for both internal and client use. We’re also looking for people who have had some commercial / budget responsiblities with responsibility for contract ownership.
