Enhanced platform for Brand Republic Jobs

Leading marketing, advertising, media and design job-board Brand Republic Jobs has moved to the latest version of Madgex's specialist job-board software.

It's the third of Haymarket Business Media's specialist jobsites to move to the new platform, continuing a rollout programme which should see all of Haymarket's sites migrating to the new version by the year-end.

Attracting a monthly average of more than 67,000 job-seekers, Brand Republic Jobs has also seen registrations rise by more than half (53%) over the past year, with job applications increasing by 12% over the same period.  The latest technical changes are intended to improve and develop the user experience by introducing new features for both job-seekers and recruiters.

The site now incorporates Madgex's CV Search & Match software, designed to maximise candidate acquisition by providing a range of fast, intuitive methods for job-seekers to upload their CVs and profiles.  Data is automatically extracted and placed into a structured data format, saving job-seekers time and effort and thus helping to enhance conversion rates.

CV Search & Match also provides a comprehensive search and browse experience for recruiters, including faceted navigation and powerful search tools enabling the easier identification of relevant job-seekers.  CVs can be searched, sorted and filtered on the basis of a wide range of attributes.
