Having established a presence in Leeds and Manchester, the company now intends to offer full-service capability from Birmingham, where it will share offices with its sister Media agency; it will also deploy associated consumer marketing research tools to develop precisely targeted multi-media recruitment campaigns. Cathy Burns, Director of HR Comms, said "We are delighted to be able to extend the Brilliant offering across the Midlands and the wider South of England. We already handle accounts across the UK and our recent win of DHL and the general turbulence in the market make it a great time to offer clients a viable alternative solution.
