Brilliant moves south

Brilliant HR Comms is adding to its office network.  Having established a presence in Leeds and Manchester, the company now intends to offer full-service capability from Birmingham, where it will share offices with its sister Media agency; it will also deploy associated consumer marketing research tools to develop precisely targeted multi-media recruitment campaigns.
