News of an ingenious marketing gambit reaches us from down under.  TMP Worldwide in Sydney has put one of its FEMAs (think CIPD RMAs or RADs) up for sale on eBay.  Not that the firm is hard up or anything - it just needs to make space in the awards cabinet for the haul they expect at this year's presentation, to be held in Melbourne...
