Graduates working towards an MBA are notable in their strong preference for strategic over operational tasks in their future professional position; it is no surprise that they have an emphatic leaning towards a leadership position rather than a team role. Other postgraduates, nevertheless, despite also finding strategic tasks more interesting, tend to prefer shared responsibility in a team.
